Poems
Found Poem Reflection
1. In
your own words, describe found poetry. How is found poetry different than
“regular” poetry?
Found poem is type of poetry created by
taking the phrases from other sources. The differences between a found poem and
a regular poem is that in regular poem, you write your word, sometimes make the
words but in found poem, you find words from sources. The found poem is a
secondary source but “regular” poem is primary source.
2. Explain
how you make cross out poem
First you find an article from a magazine or
newspapers then you outline the words you like, cross out the words you don’t
like. The final step love the way you made the poem.
3. Explain
how you make cut out poem
4. Which
poems out of the two do you like the best? Why
I really liked cut out poem because in cut out poem
you can just cut words from various magazine and make it in to a different
poem, which was really interesting for and it was the first time I have done
cut out poem so it was a good experience for me
5. How
did you make your poem into a piece of art and not just a poem?
I
made my poem into a piece of art by putting pictures on the poster. I took the
picture from different magazines. This made it more like a fun and creative art
than just a piece of poetry.
